1. About Almutamir
Almutamir is a platform that connects pilgrims with licensed travel agencies offering Hajj and Umrah packages. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment, but the travel services themselves are provided by the agencies.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Agencies must hold valid licenses and maintain the standards set in the agency agreement.
3. Bookings and payment
Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira and include the items stated on each package. Payments are held securely and released to agencies per the agreed schedule. Instalment plans, where offered, are described at checkout.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Each package states its cancellation policy before payment. Our Refund Policy explains how refunds are calculated and processed.
5. Conduct
- Treat agencies, staff, and fellow pilgrims with respect.
- Provide truthful information in bookings and reviews.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
6. Liability
Almutamir is not the travel operator for any package. Our role ends at facilitating the booking. Claims about travel services should be raised with the agency, though we will always help mediate.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through the platform before they take effect.
